Janeta was crowned Miss Georgia 2011 during the annual ceremony, and represented her country in Miss World 2011. In 2013, she was appointed as Miss Universe Georgia 2013, but withdrew due to health problems. On October 16, 2015 Janeta was appointed to compete at the Miss Universe 2015, to be held this december in Las Vegas, USA.
